With an extensive background in sales ranging from the storefronts of corporations and small business, to 12+ years at the Sales Representative level, Lisa encounters every opportunity like a force of nature. Her unparalleled ability to create never-before-seen ideas and products has allowed her to unlock potential for vendors and customers. As part-owner of Kinfetti and Principal Rep, Lisa has her pulse on every part of the business, but thrives on the creative collaborations. She leads the team through new creative challenges and daily responsibilities with energy and laughter. When she is not running a business, Lisa is learning lyrics to Lizzo, managing kid schedules, snuggling her sweet Poppy the mini Goldendoodle, drinking coffee and kombucha equally but never together, and as a foodie is often found in the kitchen creating morsels of goodness!
John Graves
Principal Rep, Co-Owner & CFO
John spent 25 years in manufacturing and IT leadership roles for companies in the Northwest, however, when Lisa shared the idea of buying a Rep Group, it was an easy decision to step aside from corporate life and focus on building a family business. John’s primary roles involve the Operations, IT/Finances, and loves his time on the road working with customers and friends in Idaho and Montana. Co-ownership of the business enables him to be a valued consultant and Rep to our vendors and customers. Away from work, John can be found with a guitar, ukulele or mandolin in hand, or sharing dad jokes and sweet dance moves with the three Graves children! He is also a life-long hopeful Mariner’s fan…
Esther Schaeperkoetter
Washington & Key Accounts
Always ready with a quick wit and a winning smile and a famous phrase we all now use “Oh, I love that!” reflecting the joy of life Esther has. She has been with the Kinfetti team for 2 years after spending 12 years in the retail industry as both a Buyer and Merchandiser at Macy’s and specialty stores. This experience translates well to the Rep world and has given her a great head for the big picture including inventory control, a talent for visual displays, and a true connection with local store owners and their staff. She is relatable and full of desire do her best for those around her. As she can see both sides of the business, she loves helping buyers select product and see how they come up with their own innovative ways to drive sales while ready to assist. Her favorite aspect of being a rep is meeting so many people, seeing the cities and states while traveling, and maybe just finding a yarn shop along the way.
Mary Morrison
Sales Rep
Mary is the most beloved Rep to her customers! She is a great coach and friend to them, a supporter thru all stages of their stores and personal lives. She also worked at Nordstrom, both in customer service and in the women’s department spanning 12 years before she was very attracted to the life of a Sales Rep and being able to make her own schedule – especially with a little one at home. Mary is a veteran pro! Ask her about any town in the entire state of Oregon and she knows the lay of the land, past, present, and future! Her 4-year-old grandson keeps her on the lookout for awesome new toys & gifts especially anything with dinosaurs! Mary loves spending time with her family & friends, and enjoys time in the garden, at the beach, and at amazing Oregon wineries.
Madisyn Moga
Sales Rep
Great personal relationships and attention to detail are what Madisyn brings to her Oregon territory. With years in the retail space as well as marketing for luxury shopping centers, Madisyn knows how to get the perfect items into her customer’s stores. She is a personable rep that has been in the sales industry for a couple years now and is eager to further that journey with Kinfetti. Madisyn has two little boys and brings great insight into what moms and kids are shopping for! If you’re eager to get your traffic ramped up, ask Madisyn, she keeps up on all the trends and each demographic’s forecasting in the industry. She truly gets a joy out of bringing success to her customers, making memories with her kids, and trying out new restaurants. Make sure when you see her to recommend your favorite local spot!
Katie Casey
Sales Rep
After growing up in New York, and spending time in Colorado and New Mexico, Katie settled in the Pacific Northwest. Intrigued by the flexible nature of the job, Katie became a Sales Rep so she could be closer to her daughter during her middle school years. She went into business focusing as an independent card Rep at first, then in an effort to keep things interesting, began adding in niche categories such as home, outdoor, garden, and Kinfetti brands to sub-rep. Katie has the most organized and strategic offering of vendor samples and catalogs in her car! A true master of efficient selling trips on the road and with over 25 years of experience, Katie has cultivated terrific relationships with buyers that have now become friends. Her fiery personality brings laughter to the Kinfetti team and to all her customers! Katie is also fueled by coffee and may or may not have more than four different types of brewing machines in her home….
Jennifer Young
Operations Coordinator & Key Account Support
Jennifer comes to Kinfetti with nearly 20 years in ecommerce as a product-based business owner. If you need someone that knows what it’s like to bootstrap a business, create and market a product, and roll with the ups and downs, she’s your gal! Jennifer brings that same experience, passion and drive to the Kinfetti team and the brands they represent. She will always be a brands biggest supporter and will ooh and ahh with every new product release or creative packaging design. Jennifer is a huge animal lover, loves live theatre, and will never pass up a road trip. She is a Portland native and for the past 28 years has resided at the southernmost tip of the Portland Metro area in Wilsonville, where she and her husband raised their three children.
